Precision at Every Stage
The production process at Star Steel is fully managed and documented across the following stages. Each phase is subject to quality checks to ensure that the finished rebar meets or exceeds ASTM A615 requirements — from the initial heat number to the final bundle tag.
Our 1,000+ Tons /day capacity is matched with production planning and phased delivery scheduling to ensure project continuity and minimal site inventory for clients.
Fully Documented
Every step generates traceable records linked to the heat number and bundle.
Schedule-Aligned
Deliveries timed to project progress to minimize on-site inventory.
1,000 T / Day
Production capacity to support large-scale project requirements.
ISO Certified
Operations governed by ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified management systems.
Scrap Processing
Selection and preparation of raw materials to ensure composition uniformity and stability. Incoming scrap is sorted, cleaned and graded before entering the furnace.

Smelting
Thermal control and chemical composition adjustment in the electric arc furnace. Temperature and chemistry are monitored precisely to match ASTM A615 Grade 60 requirements.

Rolling
Shaping of the molten steel into the final specified diameters through rolling mills with continuous in-process monitoring. This stage produces the characteristic ribbed profile of deformed rebar.

Cooling & Inspection
Visual and dimensional inspection alongside weight-per-metre verification for each batch. Bars are checked against ASTM A615 dimensional tolerances before proceeding to bundling.
Bundling & Tagging
Traceability tags are attached to every bundle before dispatch. Each tag contains: date, heat number, bundle code, diameter, length, weight, bar count, standard and grade — ensuring full supply chain transparency.
