At Star Steel, daily testing is conducted across all production stages — from smelting and scrap processing through rolling to the finished product — ensuring consistent mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy at every heat and every bundle.
Test results are documented, and inspection certificates can be issued per batch on request. Independent testing conducted under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation confirms the highest levels of quality and reliability in each production batch.
Mechanical strength and ductility per ASTM A615
180° bend test — no visible cracks allowed
Full element analysis including C, Mn, Si, P, S, Ceq
Cross section, unit weight (kg/m), rib height and area
Laboratory accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — independent test results you can rely on.
